What data we collect

• Email subscription: your email address and the time you gave your consent.
• Site account (if you create one): your name, age, email address and password, stored encrypted.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The site does not show ads.

Why we use it

Solely to send you the Daily Market report by email and, if you have an account, to give you access to the site. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or share it for commercial purposes. We only use providers that help us operate:

• Supabase – database and accounts, hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt);
• Brevo – sending the emails;
• GitHub Pages – hosting the site's pages.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your account. After that, the data is deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and to withdraw your consent. If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country or with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.
